In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By creating an account on the 488vin platform, accessing any gaming services, or making any deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3.1 Eligibility. Account registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria: (a) aged 21 years or older; (b) capable of entering into a legally binding contract; (c) not self-excluded or otherwise barred from using online gaming platforms; and (d) not residents of jurisdictions in which online gaming is unlawful.

3.2 Single Account Rule. Each player may maintain only one (1) active 488vin account at any time. Verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie or additional supporting document as requested. 488vin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until satisfactory verification is completed.

4.1 488vin strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and the requirements of 488vin's international gaming license.

4.2 488vin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, 488vin will suspend all gaming and withdrawal functionality on the account pending resolution.

4.3 Any player found to have misrepresented their age at registration will have their account permanently closed. Any balance held in the account at the time of discovery — including both deposited funds and accumulated winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with 488vin's anti-fraud policies and licensing obligations.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on the 488vin platform is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment channels may impose their own per-transaction limits.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. 7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spin credits, reload offers, cashback awards, and tournament prizes issued by 488vin are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in bonus-specific terms, bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the account, after which any unconverted bonus credit will expire.

7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10% of each bet staked. 7.4 Bonus Abuse. 488vin reserves the right to void bonus credits and any resulting winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in: (a) deliberate low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements; (b) collusion with other players to exploit bonus offers; (c) registration of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; or (d) any other conduct that 488vin, at its sole discretion, considers to constitute bonus abuse.

7.5 Promotional Changes. 488vin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active wagering requirement, 488vin will honour the wagering requirement at the applicable rate at the time of withdrawal.
